Exciting opportunity to join nationwide operating SAP Consulting firm. For our offices in Framingham, MA we are looking for:

 

1. Marketing Administrator

Competitive salary, comprehensive Benefits Package

Job requirements:
excellent analytical, communication, organizational and writing skills.
Ability to prioritize, to meet deadlines with little or no supervision. A self starter. Windows ’95/98 applications and internet/e-mail experience a must.

Job responsibilities:

  • Press analysis

  • Write and edit press releases

  • Media contact, Internet search and analysis

  • IT market research (SAP users and Non-Profit Organizations)

  • Prepare promotional materials

  • Organize promotional activities

  • Mass mailing & e-mailing, telephone contacts

  • Assist with maintenance and update of clients’ and consultants’ database (ACCESS / EXCEL)

  • Assist with all facets of marketing administration as needed

  • Assist recruitment and placement of SAP consultants as needed

 

2. Sales Associate / Account Manager

Competitive salary and commission + benefits

Job requirements:
Highly energetic individual to deal with a special niche of the IT market (SAP clients, Non-Profit Organizations, Universities and Public Sector ). A proven record of past sales success is a MUST. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Presentation experience. Ability to work effectively under stress, with little or no supervision. Windows ’98 applications and Internet/e-mail experience. References required.

Job responsibilities:

  • Client contacts / lead research

  • Support presales and sales of a new module for non-profit organizations

  • Traveling nationwide for presentations and trade shows

  • Mass mailing & e-mailing

 

3. Bookkeeping  Assistant

Competitive compensation, comprehensive Benefits Package

Job requirements:
min. 1 year experience with bookkeeping, knowledge of PEACH TREE a plus or any other accounting software. Detail oriented individual. Organizational skills. Windows ’ office applications literate.

Job responsibilities:

  • A/P, A/R

  • set up new accounts etc.

  • Payroll

  • 401K distribution

  • Filing

  • General office duties as needed
